Call WebEx Support for assistance on this. I had this happen recently for a partucarly long meeting. It ended up being a lack of patience on my end: the recording posted several hours later that day. The Support rep could see it was still in progress and not lost. How to download a Webex recording from the cloud If you made a cloud recording with your paid subscription, you can locate and download it from the Webex website. Any Webex Teams user with a REC.VC account (“User”), can use the Recorder Bot to start and stop recordings within any Space. The recording and all rights to it are fully owned by the User. Any member of a particular Space can ask the bot to list any recordings and play any recordings initiated by User (s) within the Space. WEBEX Recordings Availability How long the webex recording stays available and if the password expires? There is an option to share the recording with password activated, but does that activation expire?
Sign in to Webex, and click Recordings. The recordings for that service type appear in a list on the page.

For Windows: Recordings started from within a meeting are accessible from the Documents folder in My Computer.
For Mac: Recordings started from within a meeting are accessible from the Home folder using Finder.
